The Debbie Franceus Memorial Aviation Foundation and Scholarship Program was founded in 2023 to award women the opportunity to advance themselves in their desire to pursue their dreams in aviation.

• Open to all active female aviation students, across the United States, working toward their PPL or an advanced rating.
• Must have a current FAA Medical Certificate or covered under Basic Med provisions.
• Must be or become a current member of The Ninety-Nines, Inc., International Organization of Women Pilots.
• Must have a financial need.
